What’s involved?
Imagine one of your artworks featuring on a Sydney street sign. If you're over 16, why not enter City of Sydney's art competition? You could be awarded one of ten cash prizes, as well as the opportunity to have your artwork featured on permanent signage in public access locations.

Your artwork should showcase a welcoming theme. It should illustrate the City of Sydney's vision to support and build an inclusive community. It should show that Sydney's facilities and services offer a welcoming place for residents and visitors from diverse cultural backgrounds and all walks of life.
Entries will be judged on the how well they address the criteria, which can be found
here
The artworks will be judged by a panel of arts industry professionals, community services professionals and representatives from Inner Eastern Sydney Migrant Interagency.
Artworks must be A3 and submitted on artist quality paper. Entries must be submitted by January 28th, 2008.
