Join Austcare in celebrating 40 years of helping the world at a public forum, to be held on Wednesday 17 October 2007, followed by their Annual General Meeting.
As well as remembering Austcare’s history, the forum will look to the future with a panel discussion on the topic, 'Building Human Security: increasing the impact of Australian Aid'.
Moderated by MC Geraldine Doogue, this lively discussion will explore how Australia can help to protect people in dangerous situations and maximise the effectiveness of Australia aid in reducing global poverty.
