What’s involved?
Nominate an Indigenous young person for the One Sky, Many Paths Indigenous Youth Leadership Program - entries close this Friday - July 17 2009.
This exciting new program provides free training and development for young Indigenous people. The young people work on a project in the community, with one week of training in Perth at the beginning and end of the 3-month program. Challenger TAFE will provide training and support over the 3-month period.
Why should people do this?
“People need to be inspired by people who show courage in the face of adversity. We need leaders who know how to follow, listen, provide inspiration, off er compassion and create a vision.”
Thierra Clanton (17)
Winner of the WA Youth Award - Edith Cowan University’s Leadership Category
