A four week series of free talks in Sydney's CBD focusing on diversity will be launched at the Sydney Mechanics' School of Arts (SMSA) on Wednesday 6th February

The February 2008 Diversity series:

Wednesday 6/02/08 Diversity in the Arts: Lex Linsday, Queer Screen in conversation with Chris Saunders, BiG hArT

Wednesday 13/2/08 Diverse Bodies, Diverse Minds: Annie Parkinson, President of Women with Disabilities Australia

Wednesday 20/2/08 Rights, Respect, Reconciliation, Responsibility: Professor Andrew Jakubowicz, Cosmopolitan Civil Societies Research Centre UTS in conversation with Maqsood Alshams, S A V E- Australia Inc

Wednesday 27/2/08 Migrant Stories, Diverse Communities: Valeria Gryadunova & Regina Chan, Randwick City Library & Information Service

Conversations are an opportunity to chat with knowledgeable, engaging speakers about topics on a wide range of subjects. Attend one in a series or all four! Everyone is welcome and admission is free!

For Sydney CBD workers the lunchtime timeslot provides a unique opportunity to feed the mind as well as the body!
