What’s involved?
Although the Australian Government hasn't signed the United Nations Kyoto Protocol, you can choose to sign your own Kyoto Protocol and commit to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
The 'MyKyoto Protocol' initiative is a website that assist people to estimate their own greenhouse emissions and then select a range of strategies to reduce these. Once you've selected and committed to different stategies, the site generates a Kyoto Protocal contract which highlights how many tonnes of emissions you will personally be reducing each year!
