What’s involved?

What do you have in store for World AIDS Day on December 1 this year? Marie Stopes International would love to know what other events have been planned across the country and how they can help each other out with ideas and resources.
They have heaps of condoms and postcards for distribution which would make great additions to any World AIDS Day goodie bags or info stalls. And they’re for free!
If anyone is interested in ordering condoms, postcards or other sexual health info, please send an email to kath.markov@mariestopes with your order.

For those of you who want to know the serious facts behind sextxt™...
"sextxt™ was developed to provide accurate information and advice for Australian youth on sex, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), contraception, sexual health services and more.
The service is an Australian first in delivering sexual health information via SMS text message in a private and well-timed way.
The sextxt™ website provides additional info on sexual health topics to ensure young people are fully equipped with the facts they need.
sextxt™ has been designed with the aims of educating youth on sexual health issues and reducing rates of unplanned pregnancy and STIs."
The program is an initiative of Marie Stopes International, a not-for-profit sexual and reproductive healthcare provider with centres in the ACT, Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.
