putting plastic and paper in the recycling bin is one important part of the recycling process but to make the cycle complete you need to buy products that are made from recycled material.

What’s involved?
This is a very quick and easy one but yet another thing that you can do for our environment. In industrial countries like Australia our lifestyle is very resource consuming. Plastic as commonly used as it is, is a very precious resource. That's why recycling has come about. And of course because plastic and glass do not just rott away like paper. So walking through Sydney you can see a lot of colourful recycling bins and people filling them. Good on you guys! But what happens with all the recyclables? Glas bottles are often used again to make brown bottles. But there is very few uses for recycled paper. So if you want to make a difference in with one of your daily decisions, maybe buy the recycled toilet tissue next time you're shopping. I have been using it for months now. It might not be as white and wrapped in cute packets with little puppies but you can still be proud of you for supporting the recycling process when you buy it. Plus, trust me it really doesn't hurt your bottom. But if this suggestion does not appeal too you, you can always decide to buy printer paper that has been made from recycled paper. The trees will thank you for it!
I want to do this!
