Taking things for granted?

This is from a powerpoint a friend from work showed me - I think it's a really powerful contrast of the developed and developing worlds. I wanted to share it with you to, in a way, appreciate what we have more. It's quite touching and reminds us about the problem of global inequality.

That is really moving... We are always aware that this kind of thing is happening, but images like this really drill it into you...
thanks for uploading it!

This is such a moving series of powerpoint slides.
It truly touches on the fact that we have so much but we complain so much more.

They are on life and death issues for crying out loud!

Perfectly depicted in the powerpoint -

'let's try not to feed this endless cycle of consumerism and immorality in which this "modern and advanced" society forgets and ignores the other two thirds of our brothers and sisters.'

that really hits the spot for me

AWESOME WORKK! (Y)
