Why do we exist ?
Environment Victoria (EV) is the state's peak non-government environment organisation, with over 30 years experience in conservation issues across Victoria.
Environment Victoria works to build support for policies and practices that enable society to live sustainably.
What do we do ?
We work across four broad campaign areas – Healthy Rivers, Climate Change, Zero Waste and Sustainable Living – to create a vision for, and policies to enact, a sustainable future
We do this through working with government, business, other non-government organisations and the community to develop visions and solutions for an ecologically sustainable future, and advocating for bolder government action on sustainability.
What opportunities do we have for young people ?
By subscribing to our e-bulletin list you can keep up with news and events around the state and find out how you can get involved. We need your help to spread the word about sustainable living and show our leaders that the community cares about the environment.
Environment Victoria welcomes the help of volunteers and also hosts environmental studies students on internships.
