Gay and Lesbian Switchboard Victoria is a free, non-profit and totally confidential telephone counselling, referral and information service for all Victorians.

Our phones are staffed by trained volunteers who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or intersex. People wishing to use the service can call
us on (03) 9827 8544 or, from rural Victoria on 1800 184 527 between 6pm and 10pm every night of the year and between 2pm and 10pm on Wednesdays.
