The goal of the Institute of Advanced Leadership is to transform the world through developing transformational leaders.

The Institute seeks to develop leadership that will end war, poverty and corruption. We believe that this can be achieved by changing the perceptions, attitudes, skills, and approach of leaders through teaching a mixture of management, leadership, personal development and philosophy.

This process not only enables leaders to reach their personal goals, but create a new mindset focused on peaceful outcomes beneficial to all people. Leaders will approach conflicts on a foundation of trust, respect, understanding, acceptance, flexibility and positivity, developing a new future and changing the lives of their people for the good.

Get involved as volunteers in various positions such as administrators, fundraising/events, communication/newsletter to be part of “the warriors for peace”.

The Institute wants to bring awareness to people about the possibility of reaching peace around the world through our methodology and getting people together to promote that.
