Our network exists so that job seekers across Australia, especially the most disadvantaged, can achieve lasting employment.

Job Futures is Australia’s only national network of not-for-profit community-based employment and training organisations that provide a range of employment, training and related services across Australia, with a particular focus of assisting those most disadvantaged in the community. Job Futures runs programmes such as Job Network, Green Corps, Job Placement Employment and Training and many more.

• Green Corps – this programme focuses on youth development, environmental work and community building. There are 170 six month projects each year involving 1700 young people between the ages of 17 and 20. The projects are multi faceted providing valuable environmental/heritage work, a real work environment and training for young people. For more information go to: www.greencorps.com.au
• Job Placement, Employment & Training (JPET) – this programme provides support to young people at risk of, or who are, homeless.
• Jobs Pathway Programme (JPP) – works to assist young people make the transition from school to work, or to further education and training.
• Personal Support Programme (PSP) – this is a programme designed to assist those people on income support in complex and difficult circumstances to find employment or to bene?t from employment assistance programmes
• New Apprenticeships Access Programme (NAAP) - offers a mix of industry skills training, tailored support and assistance to job seekers who experience barriers to employment to help them get and keep a New Apprenticeship
