Why do we exist ?
Our vision is to cultivate an ethos throughout Australian law schools committed to affecting social change and creating a just community.
To achieve this a group of law students interested in social justice, human rights and the environment have come together to host the second Law Students for a Just Community Conference!
What do we do ?
Our LSJC Conference is our primary activity. Check out our website at
http://www.lsjc.org.au.This has involved finding speakers, raising sponsorship, training ourselves in workshop presentations, publicing ourselves and lots and lots of meetings.
We are running special sessions on the Environment, Domestic Human Rights issues and International Human Rights issues.
What opportunities do we have for young people ?
