School Aid

School Aid’s mission is “kids helping kids” – we aim to empower Australian school students with the knowledge and resources they need to be able to reach out to and support their peers, both in Australia and around the world, whose educational opportunities are limited by war, poverty, disasters etc

School Aid is an online student-led program: www.schoolaid.org.au. Our website is designed for groups of students in Australian schools (e.g. student councils, classes, SRC’s) to use. It provides all the tools, info and resources that you’ll need to start up your own project in your school

In response to the tragic events unfolding in both China and Burma right now, School Aid has launched a unique opportunity for school students around Australia to send 'Messages of Hope' to the children affected by the recent cyclone in Burma and earthquake in China, and their families. Details can be found on the School Aid website www.schoolaid.org.au.

Messages will be directly passed on and some will be exhibited in a Messages of Hope Gallery on the School Aid website.
