Starlight Children's Foundation

At Starlight we support seriously ill children and their families, improving their circumstances. Starlight does not aspire to be the biggest, only the best. Our aim is to help as many seriously ill children as possible, in a personal, principled and meaningful manner.

We provide innovative programs to help seriously ill children throughout Australia, that are designed to make children happy and lift their spirits when they need it most.

Starlight brings fun and laughter to children no matter what their illness or where they live. Starlight programs are delivered both in and out of hospital, providing positive distraction to children and teenagers in their time of need.

The opportunity to make a difference to seriously ill children! Help critically ill children smile. Volunteer as little as 1 hour of your time, it can even be as simple as selling Star Day Merchandise in your own office or workplace.

Each year there are over 600,000 child admissions made to hospitals across Australia. Sadly, Starlight reaches only ‘1 in 3’ of these children. By 2010 Starlight’s ultimate goal is to reach each and every child.
