Hi everyone I'm Amy. I currently live around the Parramatta area with my family. I'm in my last year of University, about to complete a Degree in Media. I also have the pleasure of working as a Marketing Intern for Inspire, the team that keep the Act Now program alive and growing!
I don't have much time on my hands these days with uni and work but I do believe in the importance of a "time out". Whenever you feel stressed, anxious or over worked, just stop everything and beathe. Everyone deserves a "time out" every now and then.
