Hi, my name is Ben I am currently working with ActNow as the new program coordinator - which I am very excited about!!! I have just completed a political science degree at UNSW and I am undertaking a masters of social development this year - so I am very interested in lots of different social issues.
My interests are particularly centered around international politics, animal rights, HIV/AIDS prevention, global poverty, climate change and same sex rights - both locally and globally.
I think the current system needs much work and I believe it is up to us to change the current system for the better. Having previously been involved with ActNow as an incubator (which is a great experience!!) I have realised how important it is to pursue what we are passionate about and support others in their passions as well.
