I am passionate about education and the arts (in particular, music). I am particularly passionate about the empowerment of Indigenous Australians, which I see as a major priority of education in Australia.
I believe in breaking down prejudices between groups whilst preserving the identities of these groups. I also believe that life has meaning for all people, and that our primary goal in life should be to help each other find that meaning. I believe in a hell of a lot more too, but at this moment I don't have the time to write it all in here.
I currently work as a teacher at Scotch College, Swanbourne. Among my roles are Year 9 English teacher, Year 8/9/10 Enrichment teacher and Indigenous Student Support teacher.
