I'm the ActNow Program Manager.

I've been working for Inspire for about a year now. ActNow has been in development for about five years or so, in this time there were pilots, tests, and research with young people. Since I started here I've worked alongside about 100 young people and all the staff at Inspire to bring the program to launch.

Before I worked here I worked for Amnesty International, Australian Volunteers International, Oxfam Australia and the NSW Multicultural Health Service. I've got a Bachelor of Economics and Masters in Development Studies and Anthropology.

I eat a lot of chilli and do a lot of yoga. I laugh at inappropriate times for no real reason at all. I'm 33 years old.

I want Australia to realise that the only way we can be come a better country and create a better world is by giving young people the opportunity and space to contribute.

I'm inspired every day by the young people I work with to create ActNow.
