What really gets you going - what makes you act?

Peoples' passion and hard work for people who cannot do without their help. I think even at the most basic everyday level of workplace inequalities through supporting and empowering people small and important changes can start to take place! Whats the difference between caring about something and doing something about the things you care about? I think caring and compassion is the first step but acting and working to change an issue I care about requires alot more drive and energy. There are so many issues out there that are so valuable and heart wrenching but I think if you concentrate your efforts on a smaller number you can achieve bigger results!

Who are your action role models, people you have seen take action on anything that you have admired?

My action hero is my sister, Silvana. I admire her tireless energy in asserting her beliefs through her art/activism and everyday interactions. In sticking up for her beliefs, teaching others and inspiring others to be true to themselves and believe change is possible!
