I'm currently the Website Manager of Reach Out!, that has info and interactive features to help young people to help themselves and others through tough times, ranging from depression, relationship hassles, exam stress, just to name a few.
Hmm, to be honest I've never thought I was powerful enough to change myself let alone the world!! lol! But recently I've become more passionate about things going on in the world that seem unfair - and angry that so many people are just letting it happen...(e.g. human rights issues, global poverty, environmental issues)I've realised that even the little things can make a difference...(or at least I hope they do...).
In a small way, through my job, I hope I'm helping to change the world for the better...I also don't have a car and bike and public transport as much as possible. Small steps I guess!
What makes me laugh...well, myself! Also, just general silliness...and trying not to take myself too seriously.
Who inspires me? People who get off their arse and stand up for what they believe in!
