There are so many things I want to do. I want to help poverty. I volunteer here in my community in the school volunteer program. It's great and will help me forfill my interst in doing social work as a career.MAKE POVERTY HISTORY!

In my deferral year, i've been putting to action a youth cafe to be opened in my town. It has been shown that it would truely make an impact on youth in the community and the opinions that they are labelled with by older generations. I work closely with community groups, DoCS and the council striving to make this a reality. This is one step that will forfill my mission in life of making an impact on peoples lives.

I'm told by my friends that I should become the Australian Oprah! laughs!I don't want it as much as I want to make a difference. As big or little as it is.

I am currently attending Southern Cross University at Lismore and studying Social Science majoring in Counselling and Communication and Relationships and am really looking forward to it. I can't wait to be able to help people and also grow within myself. If you are interested in chatting email or add a comment to myspace. ActNow is a fantastic organisation and Jono (met you at Heywire 07) you are amazing and I want to do the same work you do!

I am told I have an old soul. I am a teacher that is here to do greater things that can heal and change things with one simple action at a time. I am determined. A smile. A hug. A shoulder to cry on or just the joy of giving with make my life richer because I have helped others!
This is why I am here.
