Making a difference inspires me. It's so easy to sit back and let everything drift by. That's one of the reasons that I started Volunteer South America. It's about helping people less fortunate than ourselves. It's about making a positive difference in their lives.

I spent 8 years in South America. I lived in Bolivia and Ecuador and saw some great work going on. I also saw how some people never really get a chance. It's those people I want to help. If you want to help them too contact me or visit the website to find out more.

Volunteer South America 25-03-2008 11:27

Volunteer South America is dedicated to identifying volunteer positions with small to medium size local organisations in South America. We work with responsible non-profit organisations that offer structured volunteering work in properly managed volunteer programs. These organisations are doing good work, but really need your help. Most do not have the out reach to find volunteers like you and lack the resources of larger multi-lateral organisations to attract project funds.

Volunteering positions vary considerably. But, they all offer the chance to work in a dream setting on a project that really makes a difference.  See http://www.volunteersam.com/ for more information and to apply.
