My name is Ingrid and I'm studying social work at uni. I am passionate about youth and all the issues that surround that like mental health in youth, activites with little or no cost for youth to participate in, and where youth can go for help.
Another thing that I'm really passionate about is the stigma that is still surrounding mental health.
I'm going to America in July, and an pretty damn passionate about that at the moment as well. And music. I love music. I'm mainly into punk, and hardcore, and emo and all that kind of stuff. But I also love jazz and blues and orchestral music, and some metal, and alternative as well.
I laugh at my friends, and my dad, and my flatmates. I just laugh at life really. You can't take it all too seriously because otherwise I think that I would cry all the time.
There are so many people that inspire me. Pretty much everyone that I know is just amazing and inspiring. So I guess just regular people going through life are pretty inspiring to me.
Well, lets just say that this is a work in progress and one day I will get back to finishing it, but now my psych essay beckons!
