Homelessness is becoming an issue that holds my attention more and more...i'm not sure what to do about it or how to go about it, i'm sure there are heaps of people out there doing something, anything and i know it can't be easy, still my urge to do something is there.

i've decided to raise some funds for melbournes homeless by putting together a charity gig...i'm looking to include various performers and about 4-5 bands for the day which i'm hoping i can hold sometime in summer probably around late october, i'm hoping to donate the money to "Melbourne Citymission", if anyone has any ideas or info that would be great...cheers
Today I brought my first BigIssue from a vendor named Brian in Williamstown. He had been a vendor for 8 years and is permantly located there. I would like to do some fundraising for The BigIssue but need to do some more research for that...
