well ive been so lazy to update my blog, or busy...............

Anyways updates!!

I have my trees to plant!! YAY im so excited aye that should be going on either next week or the weekend i hope or ill just go on the down low with my sister and we can plant them all!! I dont want to draw attention to myself in the community avery ones kind of pushed it to the backs of their minds that i have been doing this...

Not that theyll notice when the trees are planted anyways XD

I also went to a conference i think its the total opposite to what im trying to do in the environmant but i love the job!!

It was an Archaeology conference and it went really well i got introduced to alot of well known NZ Archies and other people that i already know, more job oppurtunities are comming up in Sprong and Summer i hope with more digs comming up...o well i suppose any dig would be absolutely amazing then none :D

Well i most likely will update after the trees are planted and possibly add photos :D

Wow views really sky rocket on this site!!

Any way not here to talk about that......Success i have one of the major power players comming over for a meeting on tuesday to discuss the project site and im super exstatic about it. This could lead to more such projects and i may even land a full time job out of it...But obviously not doing it for me im doing it for the welfare of the Earth lol sounds soo corny but its true!

Wow!!.....

I didnt need to worry about alot of things people that i emailed & called have been really supportive of what im doing...

From offers of trees, info, labour ect its quite amazing to see that many people getting behind the cause. Now i have to hold up my end and put the proposal to the important people that can make it happen.

I am guaranteed the funding i need but will not rely souly on it just in case it falls through....

My dad keeps telling me if i leave it too long that every party involved will lose interest fast then ill never have the oppurtunity to do this again and my name will be mud!

I dont want that so im going to work hard put aside alot of other things that i shouldnt be focusing on and get my a into g!!

Things look on the up and up in many ways :D :D

Well ive gotten into cotact with all neccessary contacts to start my projects so far no body cares to get back to me and i am left to ponder if this thing will take off at all...At the moment i have come to a complete halt though because of class and work really i have no t ime to do anything else this weekend.

Possibly paddling tommorow but not to sure might have to see how the weather turns out i think anyway keep you guys updated when i can

Well in the short time between my first blog to now i have 2 tree planting projects and countless more possible projects i now have someone to help me alot, my twin sister :). Happy about that now i just have to get over my nerves and actually ring around and get info, maps & photographs....wish me luck...fingers crossed

Im trying to do my bit for climate change in New Zealand in the tribe that i come from..... i get extremely frustrated though.

But no matter how much i do it never feels like enough!!

No one here really takes it seriously that Climate Change is happening and that the things they do..(how to dispose of rubbish ect) has an impact on the enviroment we live in.

I want to leave the planet better then when i entered it...but with peoples attitudes the way they are....they think the trees around them will save them

I dont want to seem like im cramming it down there throats i just want them to do something about it!!
