I'm Jess, I'm 17, and sometimes I really, really wish I was 18.
I always found it difficult to turn words into action as a kid, to be taken seriously but the adults around me. I have only just discovered how many organisations help young people have a say! ActNow, Inspire and Reach Out are just to name a few.
I want to do big things in the world, I want to leave a mark =] But before I get too ambitious, I want to start off inspiring teenagers to get passionate about something they believe in, while taking my own actions to change things in my community I think are important.
I love - love. - Criss Angel. I don't expect people to get it. Most people I know think he's just some guy who is great at camera tricks. But he's an incredible inspiration to me and my big sis =]
I am not a difficult girl to make laugh. Just about anything will do it =] I love Gilmore Girls, my dad, my mates and Scott Adams for a good laugh. One thing I can't stand is violence and cruelty for humour. Trashing a house or park is not my idea of a good time, and seeing quokkas or dogs get kicked makes me want to hurl. Having said that, I'm a huge fan of religious, Irish and Blonde jokes, plus just about any other politically incorrect jokes you can think of =P
